Are these standard new garments?

They are presented as individual archive pieces. Exact age, fibre composition and making technique vary, so we only state details that can be confirmed for the specific garment. Ask us for close-up photographs or a video before deciding.

How should I read the measurements?

Bust and length are garment measurements in centimetres, not body measurements. Compare them with a similar garment you already wear. We can provide additional shoulder, sleeve or hem measurements on request.

What about condition?

Small traces of storage, age or handwork may be part of an individual piece. We check the selected garment again and disclose visible concerns before payment. The reservation itself does not oblige you to buy.

Can I pay directly with PayPal?

For the first release, payment is handled after a private confirmation. This keeps high-value one-of-one pieces from being sold before condition, fit and delivery details are agreed. A PayPal invoice can be sent after confirmation.

How does Singapore delivery work?

We quote tracked delivery and an estimated timeframe after confirming the piece. Any applicable GST, customs handling or import charge will be explained as clearly as possible before payment.

Can I return an individual piece?

Return terms depend on the confirmed condition and delivery arrangement. We will state the applicable terms in writing before payment so there is no ambiguity.
